Following
their meeting on 12th February 2003 the Stewards of the British
Show Jumping Association imposed the following penalties:-
Mr
M Murray, Smarden, Kent
Mr
Murray was fined £500, Severely Reprimanded and Cautioned
as to his future behaviour and suspended from all rights and privileges
of membership of the Association for a period of three years with
immediate effect.
Mr
Murray was found to have assaulted Mr J Mincher and Mrs S Rawding
at the Scope Festival on 29th August 2001 thereby contravening
Rules 82.1 and 82.11.
